We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
What we offer: Store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Not a sale item or gift card (all sale items and gift cards are final sale)
To start a return: Email kelly@crosswyndstraders.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a digital gift card to use on our website.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
